2) once you reach a $10-20k revenue threshold your game is "upgraded" to full Steam experience, shows in searches and algorithm. You pay 30% then, but the coverage is as good as it was back in 2014 and earlier so the "new releases" would be meaningful again and not filled by spam

with this system nobody is excluded since you can still submit to Steam and sell through it by sharing the URL, but all the various asset-flip games wouldn't clutter the store anymore, making both devs and players happier again
