I always forget how nice it feels to move in the morning :') Exercise, meditation and going out for a walk are the first things I drop when my mental health starts going bad >_o;

I'm particularly conscious about exercising now because since I cut sugar and kept up with the 20-30 min walks, my figure has smoothed over quite nicely... but my muscular tone is shit as usual x'D It's been historically pretty shitty, lol. I hate exercising bc I get tired x'D

It's not like we never ever have anything with extra sugar now, but it's no longer a daily thing and that definitely has had a positive impact : ) ... I ate a crepe with half a teaspoon of sugar sprinkled on it last night and it felt like too much hahaha xD

yep sugar=venom. I reduced it a lot years ago and felt much better, less sick, more energy, etc
