Grapes grown on loamy soils will lead to wines that are called ‘tasteless’. Similarly, grapes from warmer climate will be usually picked when they become ripe. Such grapes will produce sweeter wine

Sweet and spicy duck glaze with Malbec. Big and bold enough Malbec, Syrah and Cotes-du-Rhone pairs great with heavily spiced sauces. 🍷 Casa de Uco Malbec Salvaje would be a good example

Most wine is served in a glass that has a gently curved rim at the top to help contain the aromas in the glass. The thinner the glass and the finer the rim, the better. A flaring, trumpet-shaped class dissipates the aromas

Estate wine can come from many vineyards, as long as all are owned or controlled by the estate winery. While a single-vineyard wine maybe made from a vineyard that's not owned by the winery that bottles it. A wine can be estate-bottled and meet the criteria for a single vineyard
