a video being demonetised AGAIN after already being given the okay is ridiculous.

@TeamYouTube the demonetisation bot is being wacky now, my video got demonetised after 10% uploaded, then got monetised a few hours after I'd uploaded it, now it's demonetised again.. can we please either fix the bot or get rid of it since it's clearly broken right now.
