Well, this isn’t all on Boudin. This guy simply wasn’t cut out to be an armed robber. Perhaps we should spend 123 millions to make a criminal orientation program.

Ie, don’t incarcerate this person, instead give them a test of their abilities and advise that they would make for a poor armed robber, perhaps burglary or stealing cars would have been better suited for mr. Vermond.
