"No a single citizen has been mortally wounded by our police force. On the other hand, over the past week, three police officers have died of exhaustion after off duty. You must be fair, there is no such thing as 'police brutality' in #HongKong," said Regina Ip.
"Give me one specific incident of police brutality. You can't just take the words of the likes of @joshuawongcf for granted. What about setting people on fire? What about hitting a cleaner with a brick?" Regina Ip said.
Tim Sebastian brought up how a police officer shot an unarmed #HK protester in the stomach as an example of police brutality and here's Regina Ip's response - "That's not police brutality. The policeman was trying to protect himself. An unarmed man can also be dangerous."
Regina Ip on the #NationalSecurityLaw - "Trust our motherland. Our motherland has nothing but good intention for the people of #HongKong, and also trust the Basic Law and trust One Country Two Systems."
When Tim Sebastian asked Ip why #China is torturing its own people on the mainland, Ip angrily yelled "I must ask you not to confuse the issues and keep making allegations about the mainland which has nothing to do with One Country Two Systems."
