wow just got an email — a founder just sent all their investors the upward feedback that they got from their direct reports, first time I’ve seen it (and the coolest fucking thing I’ve seen all month!)
Just got the same document, felt weird, imo. The feedback was all remarkably positive (which i don’t doubt), but is a weird gesture to share publicly. Also weird to set precedent on directs knowing their feedback is going to be relatively public, incentive to keep positive
