& people wonder why China is overtaking the west
I feel like VC's should make it so that founders cannot actively leave their homes within 4 years of investment - would align incentives much more and keep founders actually focused

It would be better if VCs weren't allowed to sell their stake for 4 years so that startups could focus on actually building a business rather than securing returns for their investors.
