What they don't know is that their is only so much you can do to control your sleep besides temperature. You can be as cool as you want, but if your not mentally relaxed , you not going to sleep as well. Oh and the kicker is, most of sleep is genetic. Blame your family.

I just like to publicly mention whenever someone brings up mattresses that 100% pure natural latex is the best kind of mattress. Comfort of memory foam with enough bounce for sex and takes the longest to wear our (~20 years if you’re not fat). Brand doesn’t matter

Strong agree! The only catch, esp if you move a lot is it's SO HEAVY. Heavier than I expected, even though I'd been warned that it would be heavy. I love mine though
