Plans are useless, but *making* a plan is not (sometimes) If you make a plan with the goal of following said plan, you’re going to do way too much work and it’ll quickly go net negative.
it’s amazing how many companies make roadmaps, completely miss all the ship deadlines, and then do it all again like it’s a useful exercise
