yeah this is correct lmao. the higher the position in an org the more variance you can afford to take on high upside risk (young ceo, rising vp, etc.). For a blocking and tackling role, you better bet you’d prefer the experience rather than a new grad learning to pm
ex: I’d much sooner work for the 20 year old ceo of a 250 person org, than the 20 year old senior pm of a 25 person org and any honest assessment makes this obvious
