Sitting here at 12:25am on a Wednesday and I have to say Carta has to be the worst piece of software to gain traction with startups in the last 10 years. Truly remarkable that this of all things is what we ended up with for cap table management.
sometimes i think about how i guideline 401k is like a couple billion dollar company and so far has cost us nearly 500 hours to offboard to a better platform. choosing bad software is literally one of the most fatal mistakes you can make
