One idea that I've been thinking about for a while is 'search funds for other asset classes'. I don't have this figured out, but it seems that there could be opportunities for syndicates to back young, smart people outside of SMB

Staking RE portfolios like this is definitely a thing that large non institutional LPs do regularly, I just don’t think there’s a clear pipeline
