Another example to me of not understanding that in the right dose and delivery certain chemicals and drugs do GOOD things like nicotine, etc.

Tbh if you replaced 50% of your calories with that protein powder jocko is pushing cut with Diet Coke and the other 50% with tinned fish with the occasionally amspirit blue I see no reason to suspect biological longevity is impossible or even improbable
