i go back and forth on this one, honestly know people who swear by 9-10 hrs and people who became (like actual meditating) monks and said they only needed 4-5 after a few years of that. really have no clue

It’s well known that intense meditation interferes with sleep. I thought this was usually regarded as a bug not a feature, but I’m not sure.
