I mean like solid shitpost, but this is also how diplomacy is done right? You need to define what constitutes war from either party, it’s not like Putin doesn’t know what our critical infrastructure is, what matters is drawing a line and following up when it’s crossed
The funny thing is, just the fact that this summit happened was a win for Putin already. We gave him everything he wanted and got nothing in return. Red lines on cyber were drawn way back by Obama’s admin.
