Thinking about this but coming up with bupkis — Any long-walk (100mi+) rural US walks with lodging / food / walking infrastructure along the way? (Something like a US version of the Cotswolds)

A lot of the NE was originally built around towns walking distance apart. Infrastructure has been overridden by car but I suspect with some research you could piece together something workable. My first instinct is to look around the Delaware Water Gap
