ok I have to say, getting to the office at 8a EST is glorious absolutely peaceful in the inbox and slack as the west coast is still asleep
I don’t know why more co’s don’t split exec teams on the east coast, it’s staggering to be able to work from 8-11 uninterrupted, and back to back from 12-6. Works both ways easily
