just deleted spotify from my phone. something not right about listening to six hours of music every day. music on demand is like p*rnography bc it desensitizes you to the real thing. music is Lindy,,, having easy access to 1m+ titles is not

One of my friends/customers asked me for tips to help his baseline dopamine. I suggested deleting Spotify!

I'm a recovering alcoholic and pothead. I've found that water only fasts & natural dopamine hits from exercise have help immensely. Cutting screen time and meditation is key too. It's hard, but worth it. After a few months, the cheap dopamine hits don't feel nearly as good.
