can’t think of a single drug coming out of big pharma today that didn’t have ML play some role in development. AI dd has had a big flash, but has largely ignored the fact that ML has been here for a while in industry

Really? I do not have any insight on this but have noticed that ppl around me are largely skeptical of AI for drug discovery. Is it data science type of ML? Or actual screenings of chemical space? Would appreciate if you have any related reads!
