not sure how I feel about this! (re: validation of epi clocks) I haven't read the paper but if they didn't already, would be interesting to see if the reversal reverts w/ 8 weeks of no diet/exercise etc, and if the rate of improvement slows with time

if you wanted to double down on absolutely confirming the validity of your epigenetic clock scheme in particular-- I imagine you'd design a study exactly like the one in the paper. multiple interventions, some very established, some brand new, no individual permutations tested
