Unclear why one would choose to work at a traditional Fortune 1000 type company these days, as opposed to a well funded growth startup - comp and job stability have become very comparable

I also sort of feel like there’s potentially some hidden alpha here—young people I know who are energetic and ambitious going after HVAC, tour-bus operating, etc are making a killing. And I’m not talking about “tech enabled HVAC”
