it's crazy how much value you can bring to an early stage company by just getting them to pitch better investors. there's no reason every early stage founder shouldn't be pitching sequoia/benchmark/etc rather than shitty local firms. Top firms are 10x easier to work with as well

I have personal experience with the former. Putting that aside, this assumes you have the network to even get in front of Sequoia, Benchmark, Bessemer, etc. A lot of founders don't have that kind of access, ESPECIALLY if they are building in a city thats not NYC, BOS, or SF.
