its hard to imagine another pdf that has had nearly the impact as Kolchinsky's "guide to a biotech startup"
literally a generation of $b+ biotechs all passing around this (presumably pirated?) pdf as a daily reference and playbook. Hard to find examples in other industries

maybe high output management? it's probably also because there are barely any reference books for bio, while there are piles for tech. not to say that it isn't excellent!
