This is sad. I’m a big fan of Olin. But think they got setup and optimized for the old way of universities operating in late 90s/early 00s instead of going full blank slate to reimagine what the future could have been
the critical sin was innovation exactly once (project based ed), this working well, and off the back of that hiring in a level of traditional admin that exist to prevent this kind of shift from happening again. hurts to see, still believe in the place despite my own experience
