pre-seed rounds are closed within two hours-- processes kicked off by neural interfaces that trigger on "maybe i should raise" seed is entirely eaten by PE funds that have come down market. product focused seed funds have replaced the NYT with almost-true feel good articles.

by the second era cvc's of "payment" companies will have eaten the entire market-- slinging standard deals reminiscent of YC in the 200s but now 200 on 2b standard deal. every job will have a verticalized saas solution for it. saas spend will outpace wage growth by 10x
