this has been a great year for science. if you want to build your career in bio, now is the time to jump in. you'll still be nauseatingly early compared to the number of people who'll be working here by the end of the decade
(you also don't need a phd) the greatest wealth creation event of our times is happening here right now, second only to the huge increases in quality of life we'll ever see. So tremendously exciting and we're still in day 0.

Think about the equivalent of Github, JIRA, etc for science. We need bio people, software people, and "bilingual" people who know both!
