I haven't read it yet, but does it cover any new ground not covered by the breathless tick-tock coverage leading up the sale, the dozen or so long reads written in the aftermath, or the prestige podcast(s) that documented the downfall? It's just a played out story.

Its a poorly researched, un-cited, retelling of the parts of the story we already have rehashed a few dozen times with a moralizing case against venture broadly sown on top.
