How many reschedules do you give people before you don’t reschedule?

There’s currently a pre-IPO CEO that I am in an eternal dance with to do a “catch up call” Where we have each canceled 12 plus times at this point. It’s comforting every month to log in and see either I have to move it or his EA did.

There must be something wonderful about this monthly routine. At very least helps you track time during Covid.
