Mentorship can be incredibly valuable. But it does not always work out. SharpestMinds helps by formalizing it, making sure the mentor has skin in the game, and ensuring that there is a culture fit between mentor and mentee before they commit to a long term relationship.

You’d have to miraculously meet someone early-on who has the right alignment of skills/connections/values that you need to be successful and be willing to invest time connecting and maintaining that relationship. It’s unreasonable
