Say what you want about Penn, I have never seen 90 percent of its entrances and exits abruptly closed.

Penn Station is far worse. Crowds are so much worse and it's so claustrophobic. The biggest problem I have with DC Union Station is that there's too little space devoted to actually riding the train.
