Pretty crazy that rent prices have cratered enough that breaking the lease on my one bedroom (and paying out three additional months) to pick up a three bedroom on a two year term Is still cheaper than another year of this one bedroom in 2018.

Boston. I don’t have market level data, but I am changing from one high priced neighborhood (Kendall) to another (Back Bay) so idk how representative of the entire market
