Seed stage venture investing is moments of satisfaction and jubilation amidst a vast desert of fear and self-doubt. How solo investors handle this is beyond me. My partners pick me up when I’m feeling low, make mistakes and feel dumb.

Have always thought that fund lifecycles negatively contributed to this feeling. Often, the optimal play is to just sit out of the market entirely, and deployment windows make this difficult. Your returns certainly won’t be helped my the knowingly meh deals you do in between
