Thoughts on “Unlimited Vacation Policy”?
Reading about it in @reedhastings’ book right now & find it to be a great debate.
I’ve gone back and forth over the years.
Often just easier so you don’t have to pay the unused time out on termination/separation.

Agree...but getting people to actually *use* that vacation time and navigate that, I find, is really a challenge for many places - unless they have a manager that does so and sets the example.
