Saw this on an LP term sheet for a rolling fund today:
"Carry: 20%, increasing to 30% after a 3X return, 40% after a 4x return, and 50% after a 5x return"
rolling funds are pretty exclusively spicy because of lowered LP expectations, a new generation of micro LPs is going to have to learn how to spot bad actors
