Most (VC-generated) startup discourse is about frameworks / ratios / secrets / loops but most days I just want to know how to minimize brain damage while banging my head against a wall

so much of the discourse is about “product market fit engines” while it should actually be “how to keep your team from hating each other while the market still hates your product and your ceo is manic”
