There actually are two college systems. One that produces degrees that mean something. The other doesn’t. Harvard is too cheap. Univ of Phoenix is a massive ripoff.

Still strongly a believer in splitting Harvard’s class in half— the first half full scholarship merit based, the second half minimium test score + vickrey auction for placement

I honestly don’t know what they’d do with all the extra money though. *ALL* revenue, of which tuition is a minority, accounts for only around 25% of their budget. Modest draw on their comically large endowment provides the rest.

Lot of failing colleges in Cambridge and close by that make good opportunistic m&a targets for cash rich professional devolopment programs
