thinking: debate with the right people always advances the goal, even if it sets back a meeting. and topics presented in meetings shouldn’t require 100% alignment beforehand, defeats the point of bringing minds together. to be worthwhile, meetings shouldn’t keep to a schedule.

imo less about scheduling for me and more about the revealed belief, that the best decision at any point is knowable, will arrive regardless of path, and will shake out to be obvious given 45 to 55 minutes of discussion and will he ultimately one everyone is comfortable with
