Apple should offer a version of the phone app that only allows a call from a number you've previously texted with or improve on the normal phone protocol (a la iMessage/SMS) with any inbound phone call has a 140-character written pitch.
Apple’s lack of features around phone number security in general is absurd. Screening calls is a first step, meaningfully preventing sim swaps and other easy vulnerabilities should be table stakes
