have always been confused by the “college is a scam” folks inability to hold that both can be true: 1) college is not the right choice for all 2) unis are critical engines of economic and societal progress, and dismantling them rather than fixing them will be unimaginably bad

accidentally followed someone who made a 4 minute IG video explaining the only value of school was teaching us the capital of Idaho and instead it should be teaching us to do taxes and start a business and wanted to die at 6:30am this morning and that’s a record for me
