it’s almost like it was an incredible time to buy up ownership by striking fear before going on a buying spree
many great companies took insane dilution in May/June as ‘well-meaning’ firms encouraged them to raise 36 months of runway to outlast the coming dry spell. now seed/series-a is frothier than ever, and these could have been done at half the cost. Maybe we should have learned?
