Free small app idea — Shared alarm clock app. Be able to add alarms and reminders for someone else and have it alert you both or just the other person. I’d pay $2.99 per device for that. (I couldn’t find this existing)
similarly: an app that charges me $10 to make a friend's phone alarm loudly no matter the circumstance. useful for when you know someone is sleeping through something, a wonderful pigouvian tax
