Arguably, the startup failures that draw out for years are the most painful to experience and watch. Mostly because they steal time where the team could be working on something that’ll succeed.

this is why I don't get the hate over deploying a ton of capital behind social deals. Rather have a flash in the pan that costs you five, than an enterprise co that takes you a decade and an A,B,and C before not materializing or finding out you can't move up market
