Why would anyone use Clubhouse again knowing that anything you say, even in an unguarded moment, can be recorded and used to cancel you? It's like Russian roulette with a microphone
scaling trust on a platform like this is so hard. and clubhouse literally just got a deathblow in this regard. Trust is easy when "I know everyone here and this is on the record", less so when "there's 90 shitposters in the audience recording this.

it's no different than any other social media. Clubhouse isn't private just because it's invite only, it's basically Discord -- if you're speaking on a soapbox anyone in ear shot can hear. The difference is now it's recorded. If people didn't realize that it's on them.
