Finally tried @oculus quest - it is impressive. Hands feel magical. In 3 years will be way smoother and resolution will be even better. It is hard to bet against VR getting their, feels like it will in the next big thing.
you could tweet this in 2015 and it would still be true. consumer ready VR is always five years away-- it had its moment with Alyx and quarantine and still couldn't hit

Well it is still not as smooth as it needs to be and certainly isn’t cheap - neither the headset nor the games themselves.
