Gotta say, though I stan mansions that I’ll never have, modern well-appointed high-rise apartments with floor-level access control fobs, Nest, package lockers, good gym/amenities, 24/7 security, concierge... they’re pretty sweet compared to some dank old apartments I’ve lived in

the worst part of living in a high-turn-over high rise is that I genuinely have no idea if I have neighbors. I’m living like a mouse trying not to make noise, but it’s very possible my entire floor is empty and I should just be holding perma-fives
