90% of founders I talked to said to use Clerky/Atlas for company formation I'm going through it right now and honestly, I'd strongly recommend against it. Pay a lawyer, let them handle it This is annoying, nuanced, and I regret my decision within 5 minutes of starting
yeah totally. honestly atlas is pretty fantastic, and I’m not sure there was anything capital W wrong in our formation. It’s just if you’re going to go on to raise a bunch of money in occasionally complicated ways, useful to have a lawyer clean everything up.

+1 That's why I went with Clerky. Atlas IIRC, doesn't do SAFEs and offer letters I figure at some point you'll have to switch to a lawyer, but realistically the god product here covers: - Incorporation - EIN - SAFEs - Offer letters - Amendments In a braindead way
