90% of founders I talked to said to use Clerky/Atlas for company formation I'm going through it right now and honestly, I'd strongly recommend against it. Pay a lawyer, let them handle it This is annoying, nuanced, and I regret my decision within 5 minutes of starting
We used atlas for this, ended up paying a lawyer to redo a lot of it later. agree.
We used Gust Launch (http://launch.gust.com ) for @learnarist and found it far cheaper and more straightforward than Clerky or Atlas

I love what they're doing. I messed up this time and used Clerky. Atlas was a better experience but sounds like there's defs stuff that could be improved?
yeah totally. honestly atlas is pretty fantastic, and I’m not sure there was anything capital W wrong in our formation. It’s just if you’re going to go on to raise a bunch of money in occasionally complicated ways, useful to have a lawyer clean everything up.
