biology is definitely no longer this, I would argue aging may be still too early

Disagree; coming from a mechanical/aerospace world where we have had the same concepts for centuries and we still use old NASA reports to inform design, in bio we keep finding new stuff and overturning facts all the time. Not that much seems settled.
