How does one best pass on the "this person is dead to me" list to a colleague, without explicitly making those decisions for them? Asking for a friend.

There are stronger ways to advocate for a certain outcome and I may start inching in that direction. But I can say it solves the leading problem: people have decided everywhere from “dead to me too” to “I still need to work with them” to (sadly) cheerleading them publicly later.
